Home Search On Your Behalf
Home Search On Your Behalf is ideally suited for clients relocating or for individuals who are unable to attend property inspections in person or just do not have the time to search for a rental property. Our consultants will obtain a wish-list of criteria from you, forward a list of suitable properties, view them on your behalf, provide a detailed report on each property and assist with all aspects of negotiation, including submitting the lease application. Any additional services can be requested and charged at an hourly rate.
Inclusions:
You will have access to our interactive Relocations Online (RO) program.
Each individual client has a profile to add their ideal home search criteria, and additional notes to assist us to find a suitable property within your budget and preferred area.
We forward your specific requirements to our extensive list of real estate agents and source properties that may be coming up or may not yet be advertised.
Source, inspect and prepare a short-list of properties we believe are suitable for you. Add the properties to Relocations Online so that you can select the properties that you would like to view, or have us view them on your behalf.
Liaise with property managers to arrange home inspections.
Inspect each property on your behalf.
Forward a non-biased detailed property report to you after each property inspection including positive and negative aspects of the property and our recommendation on submitting an application.
Forward a short video of the property outlay.
Assist with completion of tenancy applications (including tips on how to apply for a property in WA and all documentation required).
Negotiate the terms and conditions of the lease application with yourself and the leasing agent and submit an application on your behalf.
Advise you of the procedure once an application has been accepted.
Free Utilities connections on securing a property.
