Jacqui has personally experienced life as an expat, having moved interstate numerous times with her husband and two boys.  These sometimes stressful but life-changing events have made her aware of what really matters when relocating to a new place.

Jacqui can understand and empathise with her clients, because she has also experienced the concerns and important considerations involved when relocating interstate or overseas.  The stress of leaving family and friends, and all the comforts of home, while also having to adjust to life in a new city can be overwhelming.

For twelve years, Jacqui was employed by Australian Red Cross - the world's largest humanitarian organisation.  Working with members from culturally diverse backgrounds was ideally suited to Jacqui's warm and friendly nature.

Jo lives in the western suburbs of Perth. She has been a valued member of New In Town Relocations as a consultant, since 2022.

Jo has been an eye behind a New In Town video for more than 3 years.

A former journalist, television marketing executive and media consultant she has a keen eye for detail, and talent for succinctly summarising the benefits and defects of a home.  Bottom line, Jo, doesn’t recommend any home that she wouldn’t be able to live in herself.

She has a love affair with storage, gardens and houses that have style and flow for easy family living. She has a crusade against mould.

Lisa has been with New In Town for over 5 years.  She is understanding and compassionate when it comes to her role as a consultant, as a wife and a mother to 3 children, is particularly focused on family matters.  Lisa has a very good knowledge of dance, netball and other sports for young children.  She also understands that finding the right home in a good area and being part of a community, is a priority.
