Karrinyup

The name Karrinyup was originally derived from the word ‘Careniup,’ a Noongar name for a nearby swamp believed to mean ‘the place where bush kangaroos graze.’ Nowadays, when people refer to ‘Karrinyup’ they are often referring to the suburb’s major Shopping Centre.

Churchlands

Wembley Downs

Regarded as a fantastic place to raise a family, Wembley Downs offers a pleasing selection of schools, parklands, shops and services. A property is rarely advertised for sale here without making mention of its proximity to The Hale School- a prestigious Anglican boy’s school in the suburb. Scarborough
