Sorrento

Like the Italian seaside city of the same name, Sorrento conjures up images of coastal living, complete with sandy beaches and stunning sunsets.

Fremantle

Applecross

Applecross is one of Perth’s premium suburbs, with many luxurious homes enjoying city and river views. The suburb takes its name from the Applecross peninsula on the northwest coast of Scotland, which accounts for the many Scottish street names in the area.

South Perth

North Fremantle

North Fremantle is a friendly suburb located within the City of Fremantle, bordered by the Swan River and the Indian Ocean. It is easily distinguished by a red dingo painted on the side of the heritage-listed, working flour mill.

Claremont

Claremont is a beautiful, eclectic suburb which is highly sought after due to its premium schools, shops, restaurants, parklands and recreational facilities. It also offers a wonderfully convenient lifestyle, being located within easy reach of both the Perth CBD and Cottesloe Beach.

With 17 km of glorious Indian Ocean beaches, the City of Joondalup regards itself as ‘the jewel of Perth’s Sunset Coast.’ Joondalup is both the name of a suburb and the City within which it resides, located approximately 25 km north of Perth’s CBD.

A coastal suburb in the city of Joondalup in Perth’s north, Ocean Reef offers the dream lifestyle. Perfectly positioned to enjoy the Sunset Coast, home will feel like a holiday at any time of year.

Innaloo

Though not the most glamorous of suburbs, Innaloo offers amazing convenience and comfortable living that is relatively affordable.

Trigg

Karrinyup

Don’t pronounce the ‘y’ in Karrinyup or everyone will know you are ‘new in town.’
The name Karrinyup was originally derived from the word ‘Careniup,’ a Noongar name for a nearby swamp believed to mean ‘the place where bush kangaroos graze.’ Nowadays, when people refer to ‘Karrinyup’ they are often referring to the suburb’s major Shopping Centre.

Churchlands

Mostly modern. Expensive. Lakeside.

A natural beauty in an urban setting, Churchlands is a typically quiet area where you may be lucky enough to enjoy views of the city, or perhaps the wildlife sanctuary of Herdsman Lake, which forms the suburb’s eastern border.

Woodlands

Tranquil. Leafy. Families.

Charmingly, many of Woodland’s streets have been named after trees, such as Birchwood Avenue, Willow Road and Cedar Place.

Wembley Downs

Convenient. Family Life. Peaceful.

Regarded as a fantastic place to raise a family, Wembley Downs offers a pleasing selection of schools, parklands, shops and services. A property is rarely advertised for sale here without making mention of its proximity to The Hale School- a prestigious Anglican boy’s school in the suburb. There are several good schools close by, making the area a popular choice for families.

Scarborough

The tall Rendevous Hotel can be seen for miles along Western Australia’s Sunset Coast, marking the position of Scarborough on the edge of the Indian Ocean. The Hotel was originally built for the 1987 America’s Cup challenge, and is still the only high-rise hotel allowed on the foreshore.

Cottesloe

Arguably Perth’s most iconic coastal suburb, Cottesloe attracts the upper class and those dreaming of striking a harmonious balance between work and play.

West Leederville
